Returns the Adyen-hosted KYC onboarding URL for the authenticated merchant.
The merchant's email is extracted from their JWT claims and validated against
the account identified by debtorCode.
Flow: merchant receives magic link email → authenticates via merchant Cognito
pool → calls this endpoint → redirects to returned onboarding_url.
